The reactor must withstand repeated heating, cooling and rotation. Steel grade, plate thickness, welding, insulation and drive design affect long-term reliability.
The furnace door, rotating joints, oil-gas pipelines and discharge interfaces also need reliable sealing. Air leakage can disturb oxygen-limited operation, while gas leakage creates odor and safety risks.
Yushunxin matches reactor material and sealing design to the selected capacity and operating conditions. These parts should not become the main target for cost reduction.
An undersized condenser may reduce oil recovery and create unstable system pressure. The plant needs sufficient heat-transfer area, cooling-water circulation, oil storage and pipeline cleaning points.
Non-condensable gas can return to the burner after treatment, but it remains combustible. Yushunxin can configure gas separation, pressure stabilization, water seals, flame arresters, anti-backflow devices and negative-pressure control according to project risk.
Removing these systems may lower the quotation but increase shutdown and safety risks.
Do not remove necessary flue-gas treatment, dust collection or sealed cooling to reduce the purchase price.

Temperature, pressure, cooling water, fan operation and burner status should also connect with alarms and protective actions. A small plant may use a simpler control system, but essential monitoring should remain complete.
