How Does a Medical Waste Pyrolysis Plant Create Value?
The process may also generate:
- Recovered pyrolysis oil: Used where local rules and downstream acceptance allow
- Combustible gas: Returned to the heating system after purification
- Carbon-based residue: Reused or disposed of according to local requirements
Oil yield and product quality change with plastic type, moisture, chlorine, ash and operating conditions. A clean and stable feedstock usually gives more predictable results.
Operators should also confirm product outlets before investment. A technically workable plant still needs approved oil use, residue handling and reliable operating procedures.
