The first cost problem often appears before oil sludge enters any treatment system. Water, sand and ash increase transport weight, reduce heating efficiency and leave more residue for final handling. When disposal is charged by weight or volume, excess moisture and inert solids directly reduce project economics.

A practical Yushunxin solution starts with pre-treatment judgment. High-moisture sludge requires dewatering or drying before pyrolysis.
